Southwest Pinewood Way

This is the third room in a three bedroom duplex. 1400 sq ft. With a garage. The bathroom is shared with roommate #2. We are located close to trimet and a short distance from intel. Surrounded by stores and shopping. Right now there is parking available. The rest of the house is furnished but if you have furniture we can always talk. No alcohol allowed in the house. Feel free to go out drinking the house is surround by establishments but no drinking at the house. No smoking in the house. Outside on the deck is fine.

We are two males. Both in our 40s. We both work full time and like to relax with movie night. I don’t know if I’d call us nerds but definitely along those lines. We game. Video games. Board games. Movie night. Especially marvel. Looking for a responsible third roommate.
