Railroad Street

We have a spare room in our apartment of a two bedroom house. You’d be renting the other bedroom. It’s a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, as well as fenced in back yard. You’d be responsible for your own self in this apartment but negotiations are available when it comes to them such as food electricity internet ect.. but it is all available and we do share very well just don’t want to be taken advantage of. We welcome kids just no extra room unless you can make one for yourself and child on a visiting basis or something. However mind you the room is a little small for two people I feel. To be living together in. A couple is welcome but as I said it’s relatively small. Heat and air conditioning very accessible. In this family oriented home but you have lots of not all the own space you need. We are open to animals to. Anything you wanna know please message me I’d be happy to help.

It is me Dezera and my boyfriend Michael. We are both very friendly people and generous to the core. He and I both love music of all kinds but generally rock and roll, he loves to cook and I love to do art.
