Rent is $1,200 a month with a $1,200 damage deposit. Utilities are approximately $75 per month.
Safe neighborhood approximately one mile from Sherman Oaks recreational park. Five minute drive to Target, Trader Joe’s, LA Fitness, and Costco. Approximately ten minute drive to North Hollywood. Three block walk to Starbucks and Chipotle.
Home is completely furnished but bedroom will not be. Washer and dryer in unit. Two car garage with additional guest parking outside garage. There is a balcony attached to the living room on the second floor.
