About the room
$800 per tenant (+ approx $100 utilities, in my name). 2 bed, 2 bath. In-unit washer/dryer, all new fridge/oven/range/micro/disposal. In Donelson (safe, quiet area within 5 min of grocery/pharmacy options, 15 min from Broadway). 770 sqft + backyard + carport (for covered driveway parking) . Freshly painted. Forced HVAC. Not in a floodzone. Fairly noninvasive lease agreement - just no smoking inside, no pets, no big messes, lease is 11 months. Semi-furnished - I have a kitchen table/chairs/toaster oven/coffee maker/dishes/pots. I use AT&T Fiber Internet 300. You get the master bedroom/bathroom (i.e., much bigger).
About the roomies
I (Chandler) would be your only roommate. Iβm a 23 y/o graduate of UMiami, new to Nashville. Laidback, lover of hikes, dad jokes, & coffee. Professionally, I have a few recording studio jobs by day, teach drum/guitar lessons by evening (sometimes in-home), do occasional freelance mixing/home-recording, and am looking to perform as I get more established on the scene. This gets noisy, but totally open to negotiating quiet hours. A solid 7.5/10 on the cleanliness scale. I wake up around 9AM, and go to bed around 1AM. I value inclusivity. In a roommate, Iβm looking for someone reliable (pays share of rent on time, cleans up if they make a mess, alerts landlord if something is broken, etc.) and considerate (of me, yourself, and others). No firearms. Definitely looking to get to know you a bit first - letβs grab a beer (or play Gartic Phone, or call, or whatever)! A personal reference is a plus, especially if itβs a mutual. You must be able to pass a background check/credit check. You must earn 3x the cost of rent (or have cosigners/lots of savings to supplement that requirement)
