Furnished or unfurnished. Extremely desirable location in Jacksonville Oregon that is walking distance around town, to restaurants and bars, Britt, tasting rooms.

I am looking for the ideal roommate. You would have a private large bedroom (Big enough for bed, desk and a couch) and small bathroom and access to half of the refrigerator and half of the pantry. DIRECTV and all utilities paid for. Can come furnished (bed, desk ) or unfurnished with or without flat screen TV . Preferably someone who travels, works full time, and/or keeps to themselves. No children and no pets because I already have two French bulldogs. Must be very willing to bond and coexist with my dogs. Non-smoker only. And no smoking of cannabis on property by HOA rules. No more than two people in your room at one time. May seem like a lot of rules. There are very strict HOA rules and this is a very quiet neighborhood.
