Ally's room

I am looking for a roommate between the ages 20-30 years old. I live in a spacious townhouse in a gated community located in the west midtown area. It is located 10 minutes from Atlantic Station, 25 to 30 minutes from airport, 20 minutes from Buckhead, & 15 mins from downtown. We also have multiple grocery stores and restaurants acorss the street. The neighborhood is very diverse, peaceful, and safe. There is a dog park and swimming pool available for all residents. The room is newly carpeted, clean, and has great natural sunlight. It also has a nice size private bathroom. There is also more closet space in the hallway outside the room. Lastly, the room has great noise cancellation. The common areas has a open floor plan that connects the living room and kitchen with 2 balconies on each end. It also has hardwood flooring throughout the common areas.

Two ladies already occupy two rooms in the townhouse. They are both quiet, clean, considerate, and fun people. They are also both outgoing, nice, and sometimes spend majority of their time in their room. One has a small maltipoo that is very laidback, potty trained, and fun. Overall, great roommates to live with.
