I’m looking for a roomate in a 2 bed 1bath condo located near Ute Valley Park starting August 1st, or anytime through September for a 1 year lease. Rent is $800 plus utilities.

The master bedroom is available with a spacious walk-in closet. We would share a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer. No pets unfortunately. There is a large living area(in progress of being furnished), a kitchen, and a balcony. There is also a pool and gym in the complex.

Attached garage parking is also available for an extra $60/m

I just graduated from UNC and moved to the springs to teach at an elementary school. I love hiking, biking, and reading, and I’m excited to explore the area!
