You will have 120 sqft for bedroom space, additionally, the rest of the house.

Community pool for residents, central A/C. Nice patio and spacious second floor deck.

Kitchen with wood floors, lots of granite counter space, and plenty of sink space as well as an attached dining room with a turret window. The light just streams in through that and the glass paneled patio door.

The living room is huge, carpeted and I am still trying to figure out what I want to do with it. Its nice, but has no character, as it also lacks furniture.

You will have your own bathroom to furnish at will. At present its a bathtub/shower with a toilet and a large mirror. Plenty of counter space with a linen closet as well.

The rest of the house is carpet.

House is unfurnished so it’s a good blank canvas to establish yourself and get your furniture together, if this is a more temporary place.

Internet is a super fast 1 Gb/s Verizon Fios, included in rent. I don’t have TV service, but everyone just uses the internet these days.

Roommate/ landlord is mid 20s male has a German Shepherd that is very energetic.
