There’s parking available in the driveway for one car. Room has its own closet space. Shared full bathroom on main floor with a second quarter bathroom upstairs, big kitchen space. Utilities are included in rent. House is located super close to bus lines, the mall, and the highways, with the base being like 10 minutes away.

I’m in my early 30’s, work full-time on base. I have 3 cats, so unfortunately dogs aren’t allowed for their safety. I’m allergic to cigarettes and take drug tests for work, so no smoking of any kind is allowed.
