The apartment is in a lovely complex called the Residences at Brentwood, I’m currently renting here but I’d like to move into a 2 bedroom so I’m looking for a roommate to take the other bedroom. The move in date is flexible for the entire month of September. Floor plans are listed on the website, but I won’t know which exact apartment until I have a roommate ready to sign the lease. Here is what I do know:

Rent would be about $1,100 to $1,200 per month PER PERSON (depending on which apartment we get). Utilities NOT included are electric, gas, water and internet, which would total about an additional $100 - $150 a month per person. We would each have our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. I have all my furniture from my current apartment so you’d only need to bring stuff for a bedroom. These apartments are very pleasant to live in. Air conditioning, carpet, central heat, a dishwasher, in-unit laundry and even a wood fireplace (I loved using this in the winter). The apartment complex itself has a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, a great, responsive on-site management, and the outdoor space is very well maintained. On site parking (1 car per person) and we are pet friendly. I do not currently own a pet, however I would have no problems with a roommate having a pet. There is a pet fee and weight limit for dogs but I’m not sure what those numbers are right now. It seems like almost everyone here has a dog except for me haha. The apartment complex is no smoking anywhere on the property.

I’m a graduate student at URI part time and I work remotely (trying to go into the office more though) so I’m looking for a fellow college graduate / graduate student, age 21-2x. I’m looking for a drinking buddy who will go out trying different breweries and bars with me. My big hobbies are scuba diving, skiing, and backpacking, but during the week I like to exercise outside, play some video games with my friends (PC and Switch)/ watch YouTube, and cook fresh meals. I’m an Eagle Scout, a Black Belt, and a marching band nerd. My favorite sports team is the New York Rangers and my favorite esports org is Team Liquid. All I ask is you clean up after yourself (not me don’t worry, my parents raised me to clean up after myself), and that you’re not an asshole. I would like to say I’m pretty easy going, kind, and friendly so please don’t feel shy to reach out. I’ve enjoyed living in this complex for the past year and my neighbors appear to have the same thoughts.
