I keep things neat, will need you to split internet if you need multiple devices or work from home, and you can get paid parking if you choose or parking may be difficult. You will need to apply to live here and you will pay associated fees for that. The place is minutes away from the freeway and central to many locations.

I have a cat, dog, and multiple fish tanks. I am a quiet person and love cooking and don’t mind sharing as long as it’s not expected. I like having quiet nights in or a night or two for a night out on the town but seldom have things going on after. I do like hosting game nights. Any other questions for me, just ask.
