You would get your own room, your own bathroom, and the garage. I only ask to store a few things in there, the garage comes with a very large loft area as well. Comes with front load washer & dryer.

The deposit amount is to buy out my previous roommate who is leaving, the lease is up in February 2023 though I’m open to renewing if we get along well. Rent includes gas, water, garbage, and internet. We don’t have cable but I have all of the streaming services that I already pay for that you could use. I work from home so I will be home quite often, my 5 year old daughter who I have every other week will be home with her small dog as well. We’re quiet and tend to keep to ourselves, we don’t really party unless you count impromptu dance parties! I don’t smoke so no smokers or heavy drinkers please.
