I rent a 2 bedroom apartment 750 sq.ft. Private room with shared bathroom. Rent is $600 + electric which is typically low cost. Internet is $30 /mo. Washer/dryer within the complex (not in-unit). Pictures shown are from the video tour of Kingswood - layout is flipped in this apartment but everything is the same. Can request reserved or covered parking. Pet friendly but there is a pet security deposit and $25 /mo. It is on the second floor - 1 flight of stairs.

I am a gamer and general internet personality. I love all animals, they are all welcome. I keep common areas clean and I’m friendly so if you ever want guests I don’t mind! I work a 8-4 job Monday-Fri and will typically just play on my computer the rest of the day. I’m chill and everyone is welcome. I also have a roommate that sleeps on the couch but will be leaving in April. You will be taking over my former roommates lease that will be up in September and available for a renewal if you’re interested!
