About the room
13’ x 10’ Master Bedroom with two closets, one of which has been converted into a desk which can be a convenience for students.
The room comes unfurnished, but the house is already fully and decently furnished.
House also includes a washer & dryer, small dishwasher, woodshop, laser engraver, 3D printer, and standard printer.
About the roomies
I am currently a student in Mechanical Engineering at CSU and share the house with my 3 year old German Shepard/Border Collie mix. I am pretty laid back and don’t tend to have people over very often.
