Kendal's room

Brand new home in a great HOA neighborhood with furnished 2 bedrooms and 1 bath available in the walk out basement. Has a rec room and wet bar located in basement as well. I have an office in the basement and that is the only reason I go down there. Would be a great option for students, traveling jobs, etc. My home is immaculately clean. No indoor animals unless extreme respect is applied. Price is per room. Females only, no exceptions. There are no adult males living in this home.

I am self employed and it is hit and miss how often I’m home. Well mannered middle school age children in home. Very laid back and quiet household.
