• The room for rent is in an upstairs unit which has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 balcony. Bathroom is shared.
• It is a sunny room with full-size bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet.
• Rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and reasonable use of washer and dryer in unit.
• $1000 security deposit is due when you reserve the room and refundable when you move out.
• Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month. Move-in month rent is prorated and due when moving in.

Looking for a responsible female who:

• Cleans after herself
• Has no pets
• Has no overnight guest
• No smoking, light drinking is OK
• Has stable income and pays rent on time, with good references
• 6-Month lease is preferred, but monthly lease is negotiable for the right fit.
• 30-day notice required before moving out.
