The apartment is very nice and well kept shared common living room, kitchen and bathrooms on each side of the apartment. Amenities are pool, student study/coffee area, and full gym. The apartments are 5 minutes away from UGA campus and great for off campus students.
About the roomies
The three females that’s in the room are very nice and easy to get along with. You will only probably see them in passing, very respectful and keep to themselves. I am looking for some to take over lease that is very mature, respectful and responsible.
