Single bedroom and private bathroom in a single family house on 1/2 acre.

The room The bedroom is on the bottom floor with bright windows. No walls shared with other bedrooms. Large enough for queen sized bed, desk and chair. Walk in closet but just the closet looks like your 1970s grandmother’s basement.

The Bathroom It’s your own! Stand up shower, right now hole in the dry wall from a plumbing repair working on finding a handyman. Will reduce rent to 1000 until its resolved.

The house She’s a bit beat up but I’m constantly working on making it better and have a remodel lined up in a few years.

I’m a 28 year old female, I keep chickens which I’m sure you’ll find endearing when the run up to you asking for treats. Also all the eggs you can eat!

I like a quiet home that’s relaxing and I would like to have a chore chart to make sure we keep

My husband is 30 works full time same as me. We’re pretty low key happy people.

A word about pets! 7 chickens 2 dogs 1 cat. But always room for more. Dogs will go through multiple interviews because I do not need a situation where my service animals are injured or exposed to bad behaviors. I also want to ensure the safety of my chickens and cat.
