Upper Flat Rock Road

It’s a 3-family house on 3 acres of land in a beautiful country setting. 10 mins from shops and restaurants in Delmar and 18 mins from Albany. My husband and I are currently renting out this 2 bedroom and in search of a roommate for our brother, Jason. Jason is not very tech savy, so as his sister-in-law, I’m helping him with this search. He is a very hard working, reliable, geniune, clean, single guy who loves the outdoors. He is a skilled electrician, plumber and truck operator. He’s very handy and can fix just about anything. He’s looking to move out of a small town in Catskill closer to us. We have this 2 bedroom available but the rent is out of his budget and he would love to find a roommate. He’s easy to talk to, enjoys company yet likes being alone as well and respects privacy and healthy space/boundaries.
