Private Bedroom and Bathroom in a 3br Townhome. Centrally located in Niceville just off of Highway 20, 10 min to Eglin, 15 to Duke Field. Currently has a queen sized bed, nightstand and I have a dresser that can go in if needed. Room can also be unfurnished. Home has a small fenced back yard with patio. Wifi, water, electricity are typically around $150/mo per person.

You’ll be sharing the home with one late 30s female with a hospitality background and an adorable 5 year old, 25lb rescue dog.
