Tris's room

Heyy, just moved to MI from Minnesota and previously Chicago; this apartment is a campus-style sprawling neighborhood style, and everyone’s just sorta cool doing their thing. It feels safe in other words. I also don’t know anyone, literally.

Previous roommate moved out to live with his daughter and left furnishings, I’ve done my best to organize them for the photos, and probably failed.

The actual property has a pool that hasn’t worked in two years, a sort of functional workout/gym, laundry is literally a block away, and the usual amenities, Dunno I’m just a tenant. But every appliance was replaced with new ones when I moved in.

By my standards it’s a really nice area, but I also grew up in southwest Chicago sooo.

Just me, Tris, 39 year old distracted millennial; Tristan if you’re upset with me. I’m an infrastructure ITIL incident manager professional with 18 years of experience.

No I won’t fix your computer thing. Okay I probably will. Okay if it plugs into a wall I will likely fix it.

I have no threads attached, no creepy exes or stalkers, I’m really quite boring.

I worship Beansock, my female siamese cat, and Spin, my male black & white cow colored little man. They are my COVID rescues. Please love cats or don’t even bother. I warn you I anthropomorphize them because it’s hilarious, but it’s a cat lover thing, we aren’t actually insane.

I work remotely, aka at home, so I’m around a lot. I prefer things to be clean and neat but also cats and zoomies so; the unit is very spacious and can potentially utilize the third bedroom as a tech den (I love video games and you’d better love them too). Yes I have two gaming PCs and they are beasts.

I judge one, no group, no pronoun, no orientation or race, but if you are cruel to animals I will be cruel to you. Love is all you need :p
