Samantha's room

We live in a trailer, built in 1999. The park is very nice and we live in a Cul-de-sac. The room itself is off the living room, a beautiful yellow, and has an attached full bathroom and walk in closet. A deep tub (that isn’t often used) and shower. We are looking for someone else to live with us after losing my mother and the extra income. We would be sharing the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and dining room. We have a washer and dryer. It will be $475 and include all utilities, Wi-Fi, trash, water, etc. you will have a space to park your car, it is rural so having reliable transportation will be important. We will need to have a background check run on you to add you to the lease.

We are a young queer couple who have a cat and spend a lot of time at home. One of us works in education and the other works in a call center from home. We watch a lot of Netflix and enjoy good food. We did live here with my mother, but she passed away in February and we miss having a third person in the house. Never mind how a third helps with bills. We need our roommate to be cannabis friendly and be conscious of our medical needs.
