We are looking for a very clean, respectful person , that follows the rules of the house, No smoke, drink,viper nor drugs allowed, No shoes in the house, room is quiet,very clean, closet wall to wall,ceiling fan , shared bathroom ,new windows , 1 more roomies,privilege use of fridge as well as all amenities in apt, access to back patio and swimming pool side complex, and onsite laundry room. We have 2 friendly sweet cats,$100 NO REFUNDABLE for clean the room after move out.
