Madison Street

You will be staying in a house with four other people.
There are two bathrooms one of which you will be sharing with two men.
The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, and shower. There is A/C, a dishwasher, a washer, and a dryer.
There is a front porch and a fenced backyard with astro-turf. The neighborhood is located about a 20 minute walk away from the botanical gardens. It is in a wooded area that provides much welcome shade during the summer months. There will be a $250 application fee to take over the lease from the rental agency that takes care of the house. Racists, Homophobes, and transphobes are not welcome. Please do not bother applying if you are remotely any of the above.

I am leaving this wonderful arrangement because I received a job opportunity out of state that I couldn’t refuse.
Zach(he/they): Zach is a programmer and works from home. They are a love to be around and cares deeply about the well being of everyone in the house. Eva(she/her): Eva currently works at a non-profit organization helping others with affordable housing. She is reserved and keeps to herself, but is a really friendly person when you get to know her. Eva and Zach live downstairs in the basement together with their cat, Nebby. Bay(he/him): Bay lives upstairs and is one of the dudes that you will be sharing a bathroom with. He is a kind-hearted person who will sit and talk with you for hours or is just as content letting you do you. Alec(he/him): Alec is currently out of state but will be moving in shortly. He is the other dude who you will be a bathroom with. I have not met him in person, but from communications online he is a wonderful person.
