Courtney's room

Brownstone renovated about 10 years ago, my apartment is on the top third floor. Bedrooms are way different sizes so we can negotiate based on our needs. Shared bathroom, dishwasher, laundry located in the bigger bedroom, plenty of natural light with two skylights, A/C units for each bedroom. Both bedrooms can fit a full bed. Amazing location 2min walk to A/C, LIR, and bus stop. Foodtown less than a block away with other locally owned stores close on Fulton St. Clean apartment, no infestations so let’s keep it that way!

Just me, 25F, single and from Ohio. I am naturally introverted so I enjoy my alone time but also like cooking and spending time in the living room. I may occasionally have friends stay over but generally I don’t have anyone over. I work at an architecture office and will be out of the house every weekday. Most of the furniture in the living room is my friend’s, who is moving out, so you’re welcome to bring some. I don’t want to have a cleaning schedule as long as both of us contribute to keeping the apartment clean.
