The room is furnished - queen bed, closet, dresser, two side tables. Your own bathroom has a tub & shower and single sink. The shared space includes a dining room, living room, kitchen, office/reading room, and yard/patio. There is a washer & dryer in the house, along with a 1/2 bath on the main floor. The neighborhood is located less than 3 minutes from a Target, King Soopers (grocery store), brewery, fast food, gym, and other essentials. 25 minute drive to downtown, 25 minute drive to the airport, 40 minute drive to the mountains, 5 minute drive to the nearest light rail station. This is the perfect spot for any young professionals looking to be just slightly out of the city, need a work from home office to set up in, or travel nurse/health care professional looking to be near a few hospitals.

I own the house and I’m the only other human on the property. I am a nurse working at the Anschutz Medical Campus. Two small dogs and one cat also live here. We are open to new dog friends/roommates, but cat friends are a little bit more challenging. In my free time I like to be outside in any way I can - garden, read, hike, camp, walk, relax. I spend time with friends and check out new cocktail bars/breweries around the metro Denver area. We don’t have to have the same interests, but a mutual love for animals is a must!
