Beautiful quiet neighborhood in central simi. The rest of the house is unfurnished as it will be a shared living area for tenants to furnish as they please. Refrigerator and stove/oven are included on the property already. This is the master bedroom of the house. The garage is unavailable due to an ADU conversion that was done. The house is located near many popular stores convenient to the tenants.

All rooms are empty right now as we are looking to fill them up with tenants. The garage has been converted to an ADU so there is a family living there but they are completely private and secluded from the rest of the house.
