You will have the whole downstairs to yourself which includes your own room, living room, closet, and 1/2 bathroom. You also have a full bathroom upstairs, sometimes it’s shared though because it’s close to all the living areas. Kitchen is stocked, so you don’t need appliances, silverware, etc. Property is right next to Red Rocks and Green Mountain.

I live here with a Sheepadoodle and a cat, who stays in his room for the most part. However, I’m not looking for any other pets to join. I’m a server and tend to work late into the night (12 pm being the latest). I usually keep the house quiet and peaceful as it’s my retreat.
