Hey! I’m moving out of my 2b/2b apartment and I’m looking for someone to take my spot! The apartment complex is 285/wads. Rent is $770 plus utilities (~$100). Move in date is flexible, but needs to approved with the leasing office (background check, credit score, etc). The lease ends 4/30/23. The apartment has a washer and dryer already included in the rent amount. The apartment has a nice view of the mountains.

My roommate is a 27 year old massage therapist and works day time hours. We keep our place clean and we like having plants! She is easy to get along with and respects the space. We’d love to chat with you if you’re interested! :) thanks!
