Chase's room

Safe neighborhood. Neighborhood pool and tennis court. Fifteen minutes from Barrett Parkway, ten minutes from KSU, ten-minute walk to Swift-Cantrell Park. Renting out two bedrooms to be used as desired; potentially, one could be a bedroom and the other could be a living area. No pets, please. We have a cat and she doesn’t get along with other animals. No children or pets of your own, please. We have a cat and she gets along with neither.

We are a couple in our 30s; one of us is attending grad school for nonprofit administration, the other is a plumber. There is also, of course, our cat, who has free run of any upstairs room that does not have a shut door. The basement houses a couple in their 20s. One is a student and employee at KSU and the other works for U-Haul. We all generally keep a quiet house.
