Morgan's room

Looking for a roommate to live in the second bedroom of my apartment. Rent includes utilities apart from internet and ranges from 1200-1350 a month depending on utilities. The property has 2 pools, 2 gyms and a dog park. If you have a dog or a cat an additional $500 dollar deposit is required. We will share a fairly large bathroom and a kitchen/living space. On the floor plan the bedroom across from the in unit laundry will be yours.

It’s just me living here at the moment and my Roomate is moving out on August 1st. A September 1st move in date would also be okay. I don’t have any pets and I’m fairly quiet but I love to dance and be creative! I have a full time job in the furniture industry ☺️
