We are only looking for a female renter due to already having two female renters. 1 bedroom is available ($700 per month) in a quiet neighborhood on the Southside of Abilene near Dyess Airforce Base. Close to stores and restaurants. Newer home. We have dogs and cats so you need to be pet friendly. Furnished bedroom with closet, full sized bed, desk and TV. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. All bills paid. Washer/Dryer use included. Wifi included. TV service included. No smoking in house/ No drugs/no criminal history. No overnight visitors. Street parking
