Adonica's room

I’m renting one room in my townhome in Pomona. This is a three-story home and you would have the bottom floor to yourself. There is no closet in the room, but immediately outside of the room in the hall. The garage is shared.

The room is right off the 10 freeway on Indian Hill and within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, In and out, and Starbucks.

First month + deposit and utility deposit required.

No long-term overnight guests ( more than 2 two days), and no pets.

I’m a health coach and student in the area looking for a clean and friendly person to live with. I’m quiet and spend most days at the library, traveling, or working. I do have an indoor/outdoor cat.
