Stacy's room

Small room for rent in the Maplewood neighborhood near the rose garden. The room has a small closet and an enclosed balcony attached. The room was recently painted a light pink/blush color (sorry that was before I thought of renting it) and it is unfurnished, but has curtains. The house is close to downtown and has beautifully refinished hardwood floors and unpainted gumwood trim. There is a small yard that is fenced on 3 sides. Plenty of room in the basement if you need to store some stuff. The kitchen is older and doesn’t have a ton of counter space, or a dishwasher, but it’s livable. There’s plenty of space in the butlers pantry and refrigerator to store your food. I am renovating the bathroom within the next year, but currently it’s a shower/tub combo and dated looking. Oh and there’s a washer and dryer in the basement. I am looking for a female roommate with no kids, pets of their own, or drama.

I am a 30 year old female who works from home during the week doing medical billing. I have three cats (2 Maine coons, and a stray I took in last year.) I’m very neat/clean. I vacuum frequently because of the cats and usually wash dishes right away. I smoke weed on occasion, but not in the house. For fun I like to go to the gym, get coffee/food/drinks, read, and watch tv. I don’t have a boyfriend, so you don’t have to worry about me having a guy over.
