I have one bedroom and private bathroom available to rent in my 2b/2b condo. It is a two-floor plan with a fireplace and washer and dryer in unit. Rent is $1050.00 and includes water/sewer, heat, TV, internet, indoor parking spot, access to an indoor pool and gym, the only bill we will be splitting is the electricity 50/50. The condo is drugs and smoke free and that will not be negotiable.

the room is unfurnished but it could be furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, desk and a 55“ TV as showed in the pictures. Since this is a master bedroom a full bath and walking closet is connected to the room. The second bedroom is also available for rent. Just in case you might have a roommate of your own or are interested on renting the whole place.

The complex is Centrally located, you will have access on walking distance to bus lines, Centennial Park, Adams Hill Trail, Whole Foods, and many restaurants. Also, the Airport, Southdale mall and Mall of America are as close as 10 mins drive.

You will only share the place with one person, no overnight guests please, unless the other roommate is in agreement. Gender does not matter, as longest you are responsible, clean, and have respect for each other and the place. The terms of the lease are 12 months, you will need to pass a background check, have references and a proof of income.
