Luxury apartment located 6 minutes from galleria mall, 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Katy. This apartment is in the center of everything you could need ( restaurants, grocery stores, clubs, businesses) there is a gym and a pool, as well as a computer lab equipped with computers, printers, and a meeting room as well. Bills vary on usage and will be split evenly ( the $950 covers rent and service fee which we split evenly.) please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have more questions
