The apartment sits right below the Hollywood hills and right across the street from universal studios. You’ll have your own private room with a full bathroom and a shower/ tub. There are 2 big sliding closets as well. The apartment is on the top floor so it is pretty quite. There is also a washer and dryer. And well spaced kitchen. The complex offers pools, saunas, gyms, theater room, a convenience store, basketball/ tennis courts, theater room, 24/7 security with a gate guard, plenty of parking for you and guest, walking trails that lead to the Hollywood sign and much more!

It is just me living in the apartment. I am very clean and like the place smelling good as well. I’m not a huge cooker so I never get the kitchen really dirty. I love to go to the gym, film/edit, play sports and so much more.
