Looking for third housemate for a 3br 3.5 bath. Includes your own attached bathroom. Spacious shared kitchen and dining area. The house does have a garage which we currently use for storage, we’re perfectly fine with you using it to store your car, however we would ask for a higher share of rent in this case. (75$)

We’re both 29-year-old males and best friends. I’m a freelance artist and small publisher, and Trae’s in video editing. We both work from home so we’re around the house a lot.

We play video games and watch a lot of incredibly dumb anime in our free time.
