Subleasing my bedroom and bathroom in a 2x2 apartment in Duluth, GA. Bedroom is very spacious and has a walk in closet. Awesome 3 panel window that allows a ton of natural light. You will have your own bathroom right outside the bedroom. Living room will not include the couch in the photos, but there’s plenty of room for a sectional and a TV for the wall. Dining room table is included (belongs to roommate) and washer/dryer are in the walk in pantry (included in the rent). Large balcony connected to the kitchen . I love this apartment and would love to stay here, but I am relocating for my job. The lease ends February 24th and you will move in early September. Rent is $795-$800 before utilities. Utilities- Wifi: $25 per month, Electric: $75-$80 per month. Valet trash and all other utilities are included in the rent. Total rent with utilities will be around $900. I’ve loved living here and if we ever needed maintenance, they took no longer than 24 hours to fix anything we needed. If you’re interested, please let me know as soon as possible as I will need to commit to my new living arrangement no later than August 15th.

This will be shared with 1 female roommate in her mid twenties. She speaks fluent Korean and English. She’s very kind, clean and respectful and If i could stay here I totally would!! She’s awesome and I would like someone who is similar to take this lease. Females only, and if you’re around the same age, that would be ideal. Must be under 30 years old. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by.
