Home is in town, close to stores and major highways. Home is kept very clean, This is a room to rent with light kitchen privileges. Must be neat and clean up after yourself. Room has a new full size bed with a memory foam mattress. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Internet and Dish TV are included. It is month to month and I require a 30 day notice prior to moving out. Deposit is refunded minus your share of utilities that are owed, no damages and you have given a 30 day notice including the date you will be leaving and returned house key. You must provide proof of income and also 3 references prior to moving in. No overnight guests and no drugs, smoking is only outside only.
