Hello and Welcome to out Bywater Home!

We are seeking out a 4th roommate to help us fill this 3rd Bedroom. We are new to this neighborhood, so we will be getting to know this area all together and would love to have you join us!

Our house is a newly built, modern 3 Bed built with new with gorgeous stainless steal appliances, In-house Washer/Dryer, & Marble Counter tops, as well as a Giant Yard that wraps around the house, and two Attics for storage. Headed to the Second Floor: right off the stair to the right is the #1 attic, which gives you room to put anything you don’t want in your room. Then comes the Bathroom with a Shower /Bath with a panty closet as well for any storage.

On the first Floor are the the roommates who are husband and wife. He is a Neuroscientist and she is a Flight Attendant. They have two cute little doggies, both kept in their room, only out when they are home. He is home most of the week at might, she is there 4 days a week. I am a Costume Designer from NYC, and come back and forth from NYC every other few months, so to be honest I won’t even be here most time, so you will have the top floor to yourself most times.
