Hi everyone! I am looking for 1 roommate for my 2-bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Graduate Hospital. The apartment is in a great location that is close to grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. Street parking is available and not usually a problem, especially with a parking permit. The apartment has central air, in-unit laundry, and a small balcony. Some of the furniture will be going with my current roommate, so you are welcome to bring anything you have, and we can fill in the rest. Rent for the bigger bedroom (which is currently open) is $800/month. It is a one year lease beginning September 1.

About me: I am 29, a teacher, clean, vaccinated, and non-smoking. I like trying new bars and restaurants, watching The Bachelor on Monday nights, and Philly sports. I am looking for a roommate around my age who is vaccinated, tidy, and would be interested in hanging out or going out in the city sometimes! Unfortunately, no pets.
