Room available for rent in a great North Hollywood 3-bedroom apartment! ~10 minute walk away from the Metro Red Line and ~15 minutes from the NoHo Arts District. A short drive away from a number of grocery stores (Ralph’s, Vallarta, Superior, Trader Joes) and the 170, 134, & 101 freeways.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building. It has lots of natural light, a big living room/kitchen, a (small) balcony, modern appliances, central AC, in-unit washer/dryer, an apartment gym, plenty of street parking, roof access, a charming & eccentric apartment manager, great neighbors, and is RENT CONTROLLED.

You will be living with Pat (28/M) and Miri (27/F). We are not a couple, and you would be sharing a bathroom with Miri.

I (Pat) am a performing musician/music teacher who works mostly evenings. I consider myself a laid-back, extroverted introvert. Some of my main hobbies are cooking, coffee, and lifting weights, so I spend a decent amount of time in the kitchen.

Miri is a nanny/actor/grad student. She is pretty low-key at home and like to read, Netflix, or do some yoga.

We like keeping a clean and quiet home for the most part and respect others’ boundaries and spaces. We will have people over every once in a while and enjoy nights out, but we don’t really bring the party home. We don’t smoke weed, but don’t mind if you do as long as it’s done outside. Above all, we value open communication, understanding, and honesty; if there is ever an issue, let’s talk it out :)
