We are looking to apply to this house ASAP but need a roommate! House will be in Gilbert/Mesa area as we are all students attending various colleges near the gilbert area. House will have a nice kitchen, 4 beds, 3 bath, laundry units included, ac, water, internet, etc. that we will set up together after applying and signing. The house is not furnished but we all have items to contribute to make it a comfortable home. We want to start in August and have a 12 month lease.
