I’m Kat (24F) and I have one roommate (Schoen 21M). Schoen has his own bathroom, so I’m looking for a roomie who would be okay with sharing a bathroom with me! I’m a bit of a neat-freak with my own stuff, but I’m also a total minimalist so there’s lots of room for storage! We have 4 cats (schoen may move out in October and then we’d have less). I’m a very quiet roommate, but friendly when we see each other in common spaces. Hoping to find an equally respectful roomie! 800/mo and then we split utilities 3 ways!
