River Road

It’s a really nice 3 bedroom ranch on 2 acers. Big back porch with grill, fire pit in backyard. 2 car garage with large area upstairs for storage. Close to North Windham and Portland. I have a dog, but he is a well mannered boy.

I live alone and am very chill. I have a studio where I play my electric drum kit so I can control the volume so it won’t be a problem. I spend most of my time in my room or the studio so you will have plenty of privacy. Nice bathroom and I am a very clean person. I don’t mind if you have visitors as long as they don’t spend too many nights overnight.
