Underwood Avenue

Hi there! I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Pensacola, FL. I unfortunately have to move back home to be with family. I live with 2 amazing roommates who have their own bedrooms. I have the master bedroom with a balcony, huge walk in closet, and my own bathroom. Rent is $750 a month and we split utilities evenly 3 ways. It’s a super cute townhouse with all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and the half bath downstairs. It’s 1400 sq ft also, so plenty of room. The complex is Chapins Landing (so you can look it up lol). I can really move out anytime. Can’t wait to meet someone!

I have 2 female roommates who are amazing. One is 26 and the other is 23. They are super sweet, clean, and considerate. I hate to leave them but have to move back home for family reasons.
