Master bed with walk in closet and private bath . Located in very quiet nice neighborhood . A block from horizon park . A lot of walking paths . Would have to go through the rental process through Meridian property . I have lived here 1 yr and love it ! Not too far from MSUM . I do have celiac disease ( no gluten ) would be dream to find a fellow celiac but not a deal breaker , I keep my gluten space away from my gluten eating kids lol . I manage it well . Along with the room you would have the garage to yourself , I do not drive so I only use for storage . I do not party and have men over , I am a single mom and try to keep the place a clean and calm place . This is a very safe neighborhood very quiet ! I am a single mom with a son 11 and daughter 13 we have a cat that gets along with other animals . Lg dogs are ok and a cat . Would have to pay the pet fee and coordinate with management company . Would need to sign the least as well . There is the option of month to month but it would be an additional $100 a month according to lease . I can say with confidence my kids will not be annoying . We are laid back . My daughter does have in home therapy during the summer . Obviously less when school starts .
