About the room
WOMEN ONLY, Looking for someone to take over my lease at the Lakehouse at Martin’s Landing in Roswell, GA.
I have two roommates, we are all in our mid to late 20s. You would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom.
All shared areas are also furnished including the kitchen (appliances, dishes, etc…).
The price is $695 per month plus utilities. Washer and dryer included.
Each roommate has a cat so there are three cats in the apartment. If you have a cat they are welcome!
The apartment is right next to a lake and offers free kayak rentals. It also has a gym, pool, playground, walking and biking trails, hammock lounge and clubhouse.
About the roomies
We are all women in our mid to late 20s. We are all easygoing and clean but not clean freaks. (We like to keep the shared areas clean but aren’t going to have a heart attack if a dish is in the sink)
It’s a very relaxed environment, if you have to come and go at weird times or have visitors that is totally fine.
