Hi all! I’m looking for someone to replace me in our 4 bed/1 bath sunny apartment in Cambridge, MA. The apartment is very spacious and large, and it’s on the top (4th) floor of the complex building. You’ll have access to a backyard, private balcony, and in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment is located 10 mins walking from MIT and Central Square and is near a Wholefoods, Target, HMart, and more. Rent is $1125/mo ($4300 total amongst the 4 roommates) mainly because you’ll be getting the biggest room in the apartment. The room will not be furnished. The lease starts Sept. 1st but the move in date can be as early as Aug 21st. You’ll also be living with 2 very friendly cats. The 3 other roommates are all female MIT Biology Graduate Students.
